WOW! - Women Only Wednesdays is a support group for women living with or affected by cancer. Whether you have experienced cancer yourself, have a friend or family member who has cancer or you could be caring for someone with cancer, WOW! is an opportunity to meet other women in a similar position.
WOW! offer regular meetings where you can chat with others and share experiences, as well as take part in health and wellbeing therapies, such as relaxation, massage and reflexology.
We also provide structured workshops where you can find out about managing fatigue, stress, anxiety, hair loss and other issues resulting from the impact of cancer. We also offer advice and information on practical and emotional issues.
All our activities and workshops are delivered by qualified and experienced practitioners . Sessions are free to attend and refreshments are provided.
We welcome women who are carers, as well as family and friends (over 18 years) of people with cancer.
Usually fortnightly, but Register for WOW! and CHECK the dates using the link below.
