At Platt Fields Market Garden every Saturday and Sunday 12-7pm from the 13th Nov – 19th December!

We’re really excited that we can finally announce The Winter Garden Markets!!

There will be workshops on throughout the day, a winter trail, kids activities, hot food, cakes and hot drinks, fresh produce, crafts and gifts from local makers and a bar serving boozy hots chocs, mulled wine and more.

Most importantly were going to have a massive cosy marquee with seating and heating with live music throughout.

We want this to be a place for everyone to enjoy this winter at the garden so we encouraging people to apply for a stall from the local community and we have free stalls for community groups and organisations.

Manchester Urban Diggers (MUD) run Platt Fields Market Garden (PFMG) as a community market garden, part of the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) network. We offer a Veg Box Subscription service, sell produce, supply local restaurants and develop our own fruit, herb and vegetable based products.
Everything we do revolves around food, community and wellbeing. As well as producing wonderful vegetables grown with organic techniques, we provide a space for a whole host of other activities and events throughout the year.
