Destination Bee Network

Mayor Andy Burnham, Active Travel Commissioner Dame Sarah Storey, and Transport Commissioner Vernon Everitt will be joining Walk Ride Manchester for a one-hour in-person conversation on the state of play of the mission to create an ‘integrated public transport system with walking and cycling embedded’.

This will be followed by a Walk Ride Reboot session, sharing key successes from the past few years and the challenges ahead. They will be outlining where they need our help going forward to ensure an effective campaign network.

You can propose a question for the panel using the Eventbrite sign up form (link below). They will prioritise questions that affect the most people across GM so don't submit questions about individual schemes (send these directly to Dame Sarah at

FREE.  But you must register in advance as the event will be popular and numbers are limited. There will be no admissions without prior registration.
