Nature for Health Walks 08 AugustAug 2023 10:00 - 14:00

Join us for a series of free Nature for Health walks🌳🌿 where you will explore the peculiar world of fungi, plants and trees. 🍄🌿 The sessions are specifically aimed at improving wellbeing. Through the multitude of shapes, colours, sounds, textures, smells and flavours we experiment how to stimulate our senses. We will cover edible and medicinal fungi in a range of habitats.
Our first nature walk will be in Chorlton Water park on the 8th of August 10am-2pm with a lunch break in the middle. The next location will be announced at the session, other walks taking place on 15th and 24th August.
To book a place please fill in our referral form https://forms.gle/Mmak3gSEcZRj9RfA8 and we will give you a call back. For any questions please email gro.yticehtwos@valsidaL

We want to build a healthier, greener city. Somewhere that’s full of beans. The kind of city you want to live in.

Nature in cities makes a lot of sense – it helps reduce flooding, tackle climate change, and improve air quality. Plus nature supports our health and wellbeing, and provides opportunities to strengthen communities.

Sow the City is an award winning, Manchester-based social enterprise, with a mission to empower communities to grow and live sustainably.
