Segment Arts are producing a series of free photography, creative writing and magazine making workshops for residents of the Moss Side area. The sessions will take place at Moss Side Millennium Powerhouse, produced in collaboration with Young Identity, First Cut Media and Crossing Footprints CIC. Sessions will provide professional tuition from local artists over six weekly sessions. We are recruiting for two groups; 13/18 and an Adult/Senior group.
You will be given a disposable camera and take part in creative writing sessions to produce your own photo album on your selected themes. The workshops will culminate in an exhibition and publication launch at the Powerhouse to share and celebrate the work produced.
